Troubleshooting EIGRP Networks
Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) supports a wide array of features and capabilities which can present challenges in troubleshooting. This session provides techniques for preventing problems in EIGRP networks, and troubleshooting difficult EIGRP problems when they occur. Topics include formation of EIGRP neighbors, checking status, troubleshooting the diffusing update algorithm (DUAL), processing new and lost routes, router ID duplicates, count-to-infinity problems, summary black holes, troubleshooting tools, event logs, online tools, and more. This session is for network engineers using or considering EIGRP as an interior gateway protocol in their network. Attendees should understand EIGRP operation and theory and routing concepts.
